Rambling 9:55 AM

Well I only have one final left my Spanish final. I just went in to talk to my teacher and she told me how much she loved our class. It made me feel great. She, again, encouraged me to minor in Spanish (which I plan to do). I talked to her about our final and what to expect it put me more at ease. Then I talked to her about next semester. She won't be teaching Spanish 201 but she said my teacher is a good teacher. Then she showed me the book I'll be working with and what I'll be learning. I have basically learned everything I will learn in Spanish 201 next semester, it will be more in depth and more detailed but I already know the basics. So I feel really confident about it now.

I just took my Intro to Social Work final. I think I did ok. We will see. It was all multiple choice except the last 9 which were true or false. Most of the questions were common sense questions.

I have been working on my quilt a lot lately. I have all of my denim pieces sewed together as bigger 8in by 8in squares. They look really cool! I have drawn on a lot of the t-shirt squares. They look awesome. Some have doodles and pictures and designs and some of them have quotes I like. This quilt is going to be so fun.

I've been researching ways to decorate that are budget friendly. I am so excited to try out all these fun ideas. Jessica has told me some things that she thought would be cool for her room and it feels awesome to be able to tell her that it's completely possible to do them because I know how.

I ordered 2 shirts from daisymaze.com on Monday so when I get home they should be there! I can't wait.

Right now I'm at school putting in hours at the Spanish lab. After this, I am going out to the high school to mix up some more clay for Jessica's next project. She has really gotten a LOT done these last few weeks. I think she was kind of overwhelmed with all the projects she had to get done and was having a hard time getting them done. But going after school once a week and working on them for 1 to 2 hours has helped a lot. I think she is working on her 2nd to last project. So she will be able to get everything done. She will ask me for ideas for her projects, I tell her what I would do, but she usually comes up with something better. I love how creative she is. She has so much talent!

I know this is getting really long but i just need to kill some time here in the lab. I think it's dumb that we have to have a certain amount of lab hours. I always do the projects we are supposed to do in the lab at home where I can focus better. It should only matter that we did the projects not where we did them. For my Spanish class we have to do this online workbook. We're supposed to do it in the lab but it's fine to do it at home too. meh.

Well I have nothing else to ramble on about...

I'll glad you are feeling so positive about school - that's awesome! It's good you can help and encourage Jessica too. Good luck on your Spanish Final.
